Great
Box came in perfect condition, very well protected in the package. Thankful to have found a pc box for myself, used my points and got it for a great deal. Would buy again.
Black Bolt box came with dents and damage to the seal with noticeable holes. Also seemed to have a later of dust that has accumulated on it. Happy to have the box in my collection but support said that if I wanted to claim anything, I needed photos of the shipping box, the packaging, and the item to file an insurance claim and the item would most likely be destroyed if they did reimburse the order. Will have to do that in the future when opening packages from them.
I understand it is in their ToS to not expect everything to arrive pristine, but this felt like the item was already in this state before shipping.
White Flare box came in pristine condition. Happy to add this to my collection!
