配送ポリシー

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 4 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping
Orders with a subtotal of $200 or more qualify for free shipping in US. ($150 for ESCrew & elitESCrew)

Order Status
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within 7 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@escollectible.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
