Return Eligibility
We offer a 15-day return request window starting from the delivery date. All returns are subject to approval.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the exact condition received
- Unused and unopened
- In original packaging
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If the return is due to our error (for example, an incorrect item shipped), we will cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
To request a return, contact info@escollectible.com. If approved, you will receive return instructions. Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items (IMPORTANT)
Customers must record a continuous, unedited video of the package opening upon delivery. The video must clearly show:
- The shipping label
- The unopened package
- The contents being revealed
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will be denied due to the risk of resealed or tampered items.
Damage or incorrect item claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible.
Insurance Claims & Customer Cooperation
When shipping insurance is involved, additional documentation may be required by the insurance provider. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Photos or videos of destroyed contents
- Packaging photos
- Written confirmation requested by the insurer
Customer cooperation is mandatory.
Failure or refusal to provide required documentation will result in:
- Insurance claim denial
- Refunds being withheld or denied
- Case closure without further obligation from ESC
Refunds are not guaranteed until all insurance requirements are fulfilled.
Manufacturer-Sealed Products & Randomized Contents
Manufacturer-sealed products refer to factory-sealed items containing randomized contents, including but not limited to:
- Booster packs
- Booster boxes
- Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)
- Collection boxes
- Promotional sealed products
- Any product containing unopened trading card packs
Due to the randomized nature of these products, all sales are FINAL once delivered.
ESC does not guarantee specific card pulls, hit rates, or content distribution.
ESC does not open, inspect, weigh, map, or otherwise evaluate sealed products.
Any dissatisfaction related to randomness, pack odds, or expected pulls is not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Packaging imperfections not caused by shipping transit are considered manufacturer-related and are outside of ESC’s responsibility.
Manufacturer Defects Disclaimer
ESC sells manufacturer-sealed products only. ESC is not responsible for manufacturer defects, including but not limited to:
- Small rips or tears in plastic
- Corner dings
- Scuffs or scratches
- Print defects
- Content irregularities
All defects not caused by shipping transit are the responsibility of the manufacturer. ESC does not open or inspect sealed items.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are FINAL SALE — NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES:
- ALL Trading Card Game (TCG) and Collectible Card Game (CCG) products
- Booster boxes, ETBs, and collection boxes
- All sealed products once delivered
- ESCrate products
- Blind box products
- Clearance items
- Digital items
Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a specific product.
Trading Cards & Condition Standards
- Ungraded single cards follow PSA grading standards
- Sealed cards are exempt from grading standards
- Manufacturer defects are not returnable
- Shipping damage claims require proof as outlined above
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for return-eligible items.
Customers must:
- Request and receive return approval
- Return the original item
- Place a new order separately
Unreturnable items are not eligible for exchange.
Pre-Orders & Reserve Orders
Pre-Orders
- Release dates are estimates and not guaranteed
- Cancellations allowed within 3 hours of purchase (you can cancel yourself in the order page)
- After 3 hours, a 10% cancellation fee applies
- All pre-orders are final sale once processed
Reserve Orders
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Balance invoices must be paid within 48 hours after the second reminder
- Failure to pay results in order cancellation without refund
Delays Beyond Our Control
ESC is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Manufacturers
- Shipping carriers
- Customs
- Weather or natural events
Delays do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation & Restocking Fees
- Approved returns may incur a 10% restocking fee
- Free cancellation within 3 hours after order is placed.
- During this 3 hours, cancellation can ONLY be done under your Account Portal.
- Order cancellations after 3 hours incur a 10% fee.
- After 3 hours, please contact us via email or chat to request cancellation.
As an alternative, customers may choose to receive a 100% refund in store credit instead of a monetary refund.
Store credit:
- Is issued for the full original purchase amount
- Has no cash value and is non-transferable
- Cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded once issued
Selecting store credit waives the cancellation or restocking fee.
Holiday Mode
Orders placed during Holiday Mode:
- Will not be fulfilled until ESC returns
- Are subject to a 10% restocking fee upon cancellation
- Are considered confirmed once site access is granted
Chargebacks & Disputes
Opening a chargeback without first contacting ESC may result in:
- Immediate case closure
- Submission of all documentation to the payment processor
- Loss of future purchasing privileges
ESC reserves the right to refuse service to customers who engage in abusive or fraudulent dispute behavior.
Policy Updates
ESC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
The policy in effect at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
