Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds apply to these purchases. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.


Subscriptions (ESCrew Membership)

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to recurring billing in exchange for membership benefits, which may include discount codes, credits, early access, or other perks.

How subscriptions work

  • Your subscription begins on the purchase date and automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • The subscription fee will be charged to your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
  • Subscription benefits are available only while your membership is active.

Cancelling or changing your subscription

  • You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account or via the link in your order confirmation email.
    Cancellation will stop future recurring charges.
  • Subscription fees already charged for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
  • Upon cancellation, access to membership benefits (including unused discount codes, credits, or perks) will end immediately unless otherwise stated.

Additional notes

  • Promotional benefits issued during a subscription period expire at the end of that period unless otherwise specified.
  • Subscription terms may change from time to time. Continued use of the subscription after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is currently out of stock or scheduled for future release.

Payment

  • Full payment will be collected 12 hours after the order is placed, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the order has been captured for a full refund.
  • Once a pre-order payment has been captured, a refund of up to 90% of the purchase price may be issued.
  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or processed for shipment, it can no longer be cancelled.

General Refund Information

  • All refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Orders that have already been fulfilled are subject to our Refund Policy.
