Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Pre-Order
Please note that if your order includes both pre-ordered and in-stock items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-ordered items become available. If you require the in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those items. Shipping times for pre-ordered items are estimates and may vary based on availability and manufacturer timelines. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping rate ONLY covers the postage, customs fee and import taxes MAY be billed to you upon delivery. Delivery rejection does not qualify for a full refund, a 10% restocking fee will incur under this situation.
Free Shipping
Free shipping excludes some products. Free shipping also excludes shipping to Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Rhode Island, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@escollectible.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
