Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after the delivery of your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the SAME CONDITIONS that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. If the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect item), we'll also pay the return shipping costs.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@escollectible.com. If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. You can purchase your own return label or we can email you a return label and have the cost taken out of your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at the emails above.

Damages and Issues
Please RECORD your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Return is unacceptable if no recorded video is provided to support the request due to potential risks of receiving resealed items. 

ESC sells Manufacture Sealed Products, ESC is not responsible for any manufacture defects to the packaging or contents this can include but is not limited to the following:

  • Small rips to the plastic
  • Dings on corners
  • Scuffs to the plastic
  • Any other imperfections to the packaging material

The contents are packaged by the manufacture and any indiscretions is out of our control.

Trading Card Games (TCG)
Trading cards and products containing trading cards are sold as is. Package condition may vary. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
ALL TCG products (e.g. booster box, ETB, and collection box) are FINAL and NON-RETURNABLE. ALL SEALED products must be received back in the same condition as we sent them in or we will not be able to accept a return. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before placing an order.

ESCrate IS FINAL SALE. NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE.  

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please email us at info@escollectible.com and request a return for the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Unreturnable items are not eligible for exchange.

Pre-Order
Pre-order items have an expected manufacturer's release date, this date is not contractual and is only provided as our best estimate for when the items will ship. Pre-orders can be cancelled WITHIN 12 hours of the purchase, please email us at info@escollectible.com and request the cancellation. Pre-order cancellation request after 12 hours of purchase will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Refund process might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Preorder sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellation/Restocking Fee
Return may incur a 10% restocking fee. Cancellation request after your payment  being captured will incur a 10% restocking fee. Orders over $100 will always incur a restocking fee. 

Holiday Mode
During our holiday mode, you will need a password to access our site. Once you enter our site with the password, you agree with the term that all shipment will not be fulfilled until we return from the holiday mode. All cancellation will incur a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us if you have any questions before you place an order during this period.

Policy changes
We reserve the right to change our return policy without notice.
